Cancellation Policy:
Users can cancel their course enrollment within 7 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
For subscriptions or ongoing memberships, cancellations can be requested at any time, but refunds will only be provided for unused portions of the subscription period, if applicable.
Refund Conditions:
Refunds are not available for courses completed or substantially accessed (more than 25% of the content).
Refund requests related to technical issues must first be brought to our support team. If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at the discretion of GrowProSkills.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after the approval of the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
GrowProSkills reserves the right to deny refund requests for repeat refund requests or abuse of the refund policy.
Refunds for Bundles or Special Offers:
If you purchase a course as part of a bundle or special offer, refunds may be limited or unavailable due to the nature of the offer.
